Friday, 1-1-10

At 1:40 am an officer saw Jimmy Lee Scriven, 35, in the yard of a home at Wall Street and Palm Street. the officer knew Scriven had an outstanding Writ of Attachment due to unpaid child support.

Scriven was taken into custody until the Writ could be confirmed. Once it was confirmed, Scriven was booked into jail.
