An officer observed a silver truck driving north on Orange Avenue passing Lamont Street just after midnight. The officer saw the truck cross the center line numerous times and conducted a traffic stop in the Magnolia Layne Shopping Center.

The driver said he did not have a drivers license. The driver was not under the influence, but a check of DHSMV records showed 28 year old Jose Luvin Silva-Zamorado had never been issued a drivers license. He was arrested for No Valid Drivers License and booked into jail.
