An officer saw a red Ford Explorer driving north on Orange Avenue around 11:30 pm and decided to run the tag. The inquiry showed the registered owner had an outstanding arrest warrant for grand theft out of Duval County. Dispatch gave the officer a description of the owner which matched the person driving the truck.

The officer stopped the vehicle in the 3400 block of Orange Avenue and identified the driver as the owner. Once the warrant was confirmed, 56 year old Robert Anthony Walsh was arrested and booked into jail.
