Friday, 1-8-10

At 4:10 am an officer observed a silver car driving south on Orange Avenue which crossed the centerline of the road several times. The officer stopped the car at the Hess Station at 1010 S.R. 16E. The driver, Devon Elizabeth Owens, 26, told the officer her drivers license was suspended. When the officer checked, he learned it had been suspended four times.

Owens was arrested for DWLSR and booked into jail.
