At 8:48 pm an officer stopped a red 1996 Ford Explorer at Ferris Street and Orange Avenue for having an expired tag. The driver, 56 year old Douglas Steven Shaw, handed the officer his driver's license.

A check of Shaw's drivers license revealed it had been suspended three times.

Shaw was arrested for DWLSR and booked into jail.
