An officer saw a silver Chevrolet car driving south on Pine Street with an equipment violation and stopped it at the intersection of Oak Street at 11:30 pm. When the officer walked up to the vehicle he could see white out on the temporary tag's expiration date. When he asked the driver about the tag, she said she had changed the expiration date several times as she did not have enough money to pay for a regular tag.

A check of the driver's license showed it had been suspended multiple times.

Tena Rae Dipuma, 40, was arrested for Altering a Tag and DWLSR and booked into jail.
