An officer stopped a gold 1998 Lincoln just before 3:00 am for having an expired tag. A check of the driver's license revealed it had been suspended three times for failing to pay traffic fines.

The driver, 23 year old Chevon Shetice Brown, was arrested for DWLSR and booked into jail.
