At 10:20 pm officer were called to a fight in progress at a home in the 800 block of Oak Street. The caller said one of the people involved in the fight had left in a gray Dodge truck driving toward Orange Avenue. An officer responding to the are saw the truck and stopped it the Hess Station, 1010 S.R. 16E. The officer identified the driver as 20 year old William Wright.

When asked if he had anything illegal inside the truck, Wright told the officer he had a small amount of cannabis and a pipe inside the truck, located in the center console. The officer was able to retrieve the items and issued Wright a notice to appear for Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
