Just after 10:00 am an officer saw Mary Christine Riesenberg, 44, walking along Center Street near Citizen Street. The officer knew Riesenberg had an outstanding warrant for Sale and Delivery of Crack Cocaine and detained her. Once the warrant was confirmed, Riesenberg was arrested and booked into jail.
