Officers responded to Highland Apartments in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival officers made contact with two male subjects in a silver Saturn. Vincent Houston, 22, was seated in the rear passenger side seat. Officers obtained consent to search the vehicle. Upon searching the vehicle a red jewelry container was found on the floorboard of the rear passenger seat. The red jewelry container had several pieces of crack cocaine in it. Houston was placed under arrest for Possession of Crack Cocaine and booked into jail.
