Officers were dispatched to Dick's Wings around 9:30 pm due to an intoxicated customer who had becoome unruly. The waitress told officers when they arrived, the man saw them and went into the men's room.

Officers found the man inside. A wanted person check revealed Wesley Foster Taylor III, 41, had an outstanding Writ of Attachment regarding child support in Duval County. Once the writ was confirmed, Taylor was arrested and booked into jail.
