            Congratulations on your selection as Employee of the Quarter by the Police Department’s employees.  Over the past quarter you have displayed a professional, positive and friendly attitude to all you have come in contact with, while demonstrating your ability to multi-task.  The employees selected you as the Civilian Employee of the second quarter for your willingness to dedicate several hours of unpaid time to the Green Cove Springs Police Department while assisting Detective Kennison in the evidence room.  Your assistance in entering numerous pieces of evidence into our computer data base, while researching dispositions on hundreds of additional pieces of property seized in investigations for destruction has been instrumental in affording Detective Kennison the needed time and ability to address additional assignments and criminal investigations.

          Additionally, while assisting with the evidence room, you recently accepted an additional volunteer assignment to work with Detective Kennison as the Green Cove Springs Police Department works towards obtaining Law Enforcement Accreditation from the State of Florida.  This accreditation project will require a complete re-write of our General Orders and Policy and Procedures Manuals over the next eighteen (18) months.

It is with much pride and pleasure that I am afforded the opportunity of awarding you “Employee of the Quarter”.  Your dedication, loyalty and positive attitude project the true S.P.I.R.I.T. of the Green Cove Springs Police Department.
