4th Annual Teen Summit

History of the Teen Summit

Teen Summit began in September 2006 as an annual event for the youth ages 12 to 17. The event features keynote speakers who talk with the kids about holding onto their moral foundation and how to make the right choices in life. Whether it be from a bad living situation to peer pressure, these speakers present positive role models for the kids. The event is free to all who attend. Breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack are provided for free. Giveaways are provided for the attendees. Fundraising events are held prior to the event in an effort to pay for the cost of each child who attends.

This year's Teen Summit is scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Green Cove Junior High School. Registration forms will be available beginning
August 3, 2009.

The deadline for submitting a registration form will be September 15, 2009.
